CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Many of our clients opt to outsource the whole or part of the contract administration function. It is often cost effective for Axiom to provide a full or part-time team encompassing the drafting of contract documents or correspondence, interim payment valuations, and programme management rather than to employ full time project specific manpower. There is sometimes an ancillary benefit of the additional checks-and-balances inherent in an outside provider appointment.

Whilst we are usually appointed on a long-term basis, we also cover short-term resource deficiencies or one-off assignments.
