ARBITRATION AND ADJUDICATION

We provide technical support to clients and Lawyers in the Arbitration and Adjudication process include the following:

• Initial appraisal on the strength and weakness of the dispute and the records / correspondence relating to the dispute.
• Assist / prepare Causation and Quantum documents (time and cost) under the terms and conditions in the contract and prevailing accepted practice.
• In respect to Adjudication, when acting for the Defendent, we have sufficient experienced team members to generate rebuttal documents within the challenging timelines that Adjudication prescribes.
