Elaine Wong

B.Sc. (Hons) QS, PQS, MRISM

Elaine is a registered professional with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and a member of Royal Institute Surveyors Malaysia (MRISM).

She has more than 15 years experience working in the construction industry. She has also worked overseas briefly with the Public Works Authority in Qatar before returning to Malaysia recently.

She has experience in pre-and post contract matters from consultancy and construction services, valuation of variations, prolongations, loss and expense, acceleration claims and the negotiation and closure of the final account of projects.
