Sudharma leads our planning and delay analysis portfolio. He comes from a mechanical engineering background with extensive specialist experience in Planning and Project Control. He is well versed with wide experience in the various methodologies of delay and time analysis and more than capable of handling very large and complex programmes in P3, P5 or P6 and most other commercially available software.

He has extensive experience of creating as-built programmes from diverse information sources, remedying logic defects within as-planned programmes and inputting the various causal links to examine the combination and permutations possible from the various methodologies of delay analysis and thereby drive the cost entitlements.

This expertise has been successfully employed on many of Axiom’s commissions where programme analysis, and reconstruction were fundamental to delay issues, which drive cost entitlements.
